hi.fi x Maximilian Raynor

Hi.Fi and Maximilian Raynor brought their charity fashion event to our space. A non-profit initiative supporting emerging fashion designers who can’t access traditional fashion week platforms or industry backing.

Runway setup. Professional lighting. Backstage infrastructure. Capacity for industry guests, press, buyers, and community supporters all in one room.

The ground floor transformed into a full runway environment — professional lighting, structured seating, backstage zones and technical infrastructure built to support a live catwalk format.

Press, buyers, stylists and supporters shared the same room as emerging designers — creating direct visibility and real opportunity beyond traditional fashion week barriers.

By offering reduced rates aligned with the event’s mission, the space became a viable platform for emerging designers — while maintaining the production standards of a major showcase.

Local designers showcased. Young people from the area attended, seeing careers in fashion as actually accessible. Industry professionals scouting talent they’d never encounter in traditional spaces.
