Oversees the financial structure behind UNLOCKED, ensuring the business scales with clarity, discipline and long-term intent. Rob leads on budgeting, forecasting and investment strategy across all venues, supporting both day-to-day operations and future expansion. Working closely with leadership, he ensures each project is commercially sound while maintaining the flexibility needed to deliver ambitious, high-impact venues.

Working closely with the Ops Manager and the wider team, Tibs ensures the space operates smoothly across every booking, maintaining high standards across service, staffing and the overall environment. He plays a key role in keeping the venue consistent, responsive and ready to perform at scale.
