Can the space be fully branded?
Yes. UNLOCKED's spaces can be fully transformed to suit your brand or concept.
Are brand activations and product launches supported?
Absolutely. UNLOCKED is built for immersive brand moments, product launches and experiential events.
Is there space for press, backstage or green rooms?
Yes. Dedicated areas can be allocated for press, talent, green rooms or private breakout spaces.
Is there loading access?
Yes. The venue has direct loading access for production, staging and equipment — including a 4.5m-high loading bay at Shoreditch with direct street-level access from Curtain Road.
Is there step-free access?
Yes. Step-free access is available to key areas of the venue. All three floors at Shoreditch are fully accessible.
Can the space be used for film or photography shoots?
Yes. UNLOCKED is frequently used for film, photography and content production.
Do you host live music?
Yes. Live music is a core part of UNLOCKED's programme. The Basement at Shoreditch is specifically designed for performances, DJs and electronic events. Contact katie@unlockedx.com for music event enquiries.
Can external production teams be brought in?
Yes. While we offer in-house production support, external production partners are welcome.
Are there noise restrictions?
As a licensed Shoreditch venue, we operate within agreed sound regulations. The Basement has a 105dB limit.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. Cloakroom is available at £4 per item. Any bags larger than A4 are welcome but must be stored in the cloakroom.
