TikTok Lives turned the venue into a in the moment broadcast hub, streaming masterclasses and expert interviews to The Ordinary’s global community while connecting in-room audiences with a wider digital fanbase.
Interactive moments such as the Molecule Chamber and hands-on product testing transformed education into participation, inviting visitors to engage directly with formulations through play, discovery and brand immersion.
Large-scale exterior advertising on Curtain Road extended the activation beyond the venue walls, positioning The Ordinary prominently along one of East London’s busiest and most culturally visible streets.
